We currently deliver to all regions across Lebanon.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:

• Beirut & Mount Lebanon: 1–3 business days

• Other regions in Lebanon: 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unexpected delays.

4. Delivery Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and will be displayed during checkout or confirmed when you place your order.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you may receive a message with delivery details or confirmation from our delivery partner.

6. Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. Please ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier may contact you to reschedule.

8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist you.
